Key Responsibilities :
1. Inbound Lead Handling
• Respond promptly to leads provided by the Direct Response (Marketing) Team.
• Qualify leads and guide them through the sales process via WhatsApp or other digital platforms.
2. Sales Conversion
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or packages.
• Follow up with undecided prospects and close deals efficiently.
• Issue quotations and confirm transactions digitally.
3. Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain professional and friendly communication throughout the customer journey.
• Ensure a smooth handover to post-sales or operations teams.
• Address pre-sale concerns and common objections.
4. Sales Operations & Reporting
• Record all interactions and updates accurately in the CRM system.
• Monitor personal conversion rates and suggest improvements.
• Participate in weekly sales team reviews.
Required Skills & Competencies :
• Strong written communication skills (especially for WhatsApp or chat-based selling).
• Able to manage high volumes of leads and multitask effectively.
• Customer-oriented, persuasive, and patient.
• Organized and responsive in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

Pre-Requisites :
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or online communication roles.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
