Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate an assigned kitchen section during service periods
  • Ensure food preparation and presentation adhere to brand standards
  • Maintain uniformity in flavor, portion sizes, and plating
  • Assist with menu implementation and seasonal changes
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with purchasing when necessary
  • Guarantee compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety regulations at all times
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior kitchen staff
