Job Description

Learn the OSHA legal requirement:

• SHO regulation the duties that need to be carried out by SHO .
• Safety committee function of safety committee, the structure
• NADOPOD/Emergency procedure

Hazard Identification Risk Assessment & Risk Control.

• Learn to identify hazards
• Conduct the interview, observation area, refer previous accident
• Analysis the risk and provide the countermeasure.

Chemical

• Regulation of chemical USECHH & CLASS regulations
• PPE management/Training of chemical handling
• CHRA, Chemical Exposure monitoring and
• Chemical specification, chemical register

Noise

• Noise regulation/Conduct noise mapping, personal noise& audiometric.
• Upon results high noise area provide countermeasure

Drill

• Evacuation drill/Exhaust drill/Chemical training & drill.

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Environment
• Knowledge on Excel and Power point
• Knowledge to conduct Hazard identification, Risk Assessment & Risk Control.
• Knowledge to do Meeting minutes, accident report
