Job Summary

Leads the design, development, and governance of automation platforms to improve speed, quality, reliability, and cost efficiency while aligning automation initiatives with global strategies

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and smart manufacturing across production lines.
• Lead automation standards, best practices, and technology selection at plant or regional level.
• Select, standardize, and govern automation tools and platforms

• Define and own the automation software strategy and roadmap
• Design scalable automation architecture integrating RPA, workflow, APIs, and AI components

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in software development, automation, or platform engineering
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and database technologies
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming, robotics, and industrial networks.
• Experience working with system integrators and equipment suppliers.  

Good To Have

• Exposure to global manufacturing standards and multi-site automation governance.
• Knowledge of local and international safety regulations (CE, UL, SEMI, ISO).
