Job Description

1. Fraud Prevention – Detecting and investigate fraudulent activities (cheating, scam) in casino and Resorts. 
2. Compliance – ensure adhere to procedure.
3. Surveillance – Monitoring activities through surveillance systems to prevent and investigate suspicious character.
4. Reporting – Documenting and reporting incidents (violations, irregularities).
5. Collaboration – Working with law enforcement agency when needed.
6. Overall the function is important in protecting company’s reputation and operation integrity. 

Attributes:

• No criminal records 
• Heathy financial background, including no history of bankruptcy or significant debt issues
• High level of integrity and ethical standards
• Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information
• Details-oriented and organised
• Education Background / Working Experience:

1. Degree in law enforcement, hospitality management, business administration or related discipline
2. Advanced certification or specialized training in security or fraud investigation

• Communication: 

1. Good verbal and written communication skills (for reporting and interacting with customer or staff).

• Analytical Skills & Problem-Solving Skills:

Others 

• Preferably Chinese speaking candidate (particularly for Investigation in Casino)
• Proficiency in using security and surveillance technology
• Experience in investigative techniques, evidence handling & report writing.
• High ethical & integrity to maintain trust and credibility in handling confidential information
• Ability to adapt to changing situation and manage stress effectively.
