Job Description • To handle check-in and check-out transaction • To key in customer date in GHPMS • Computes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guests • Makes and confirms reservations • Posts charges such as room, food, liquor, or telephone, to guest folio • Makes restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations for guests Job Requirement • Minimum SPM, preferable those who possess Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management • Height: 160 cm for male and 157 cm for female • Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia • Pleasant personality • Knowledge in Chinese dialects will be an added advantage
