Road Charge Collector 

Job Description

• To represents the company’s as front liner servicemen and to provide courteous, efficient and accurate service to the road users.
• To collect road charges from vehicles ensure that the amount collected is in accordance with vehicle classification class rate.
• To check and ensure that the equipment is functioning well prior to the beginning of the shift and to report any malfunction promptly.
• To receive and report any information and complaints from the road users.
• To undertake other duties as and when directed by the Operation Supervisor.

Plaza Admin Staff 

Job Description

• To represents the company’s as front liner servicemen and to provide courteous, efficient and accurate service to the road users.
• To carry out administrative task that are related to the Road Charge System.
• Assist to support day to day road charge operation.
• Provide general administrative supports to operational.
• Attend customer enquiries when required and/or other ad-hoc tasks from operation.
• To receive and report any information and complaints from the road users.
