Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle full set of accounts, including AR, AP, and GL.
- Record and reconcile daily transactions related to catering orders and event expenses.
- Manage billing, payment collection, and supplier invoicing in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Monitor event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and accurate reporting.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payment and accounting matters.
- Support monthly closing activities and assist in audits when required.
- Perform any other ad-hoc finance or administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience (experience in catering, hospitality, or event industries is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. AutoCount, SQL, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
