Our catering company specializes in corporate events and weddings throughout the Klang Valley. This position does not involve hotel plating; instead, it requires hands-on production work, large-scale cooking, meeting strict deadlines, and consistently delivering high-quality food every time.

<li>&nbsp;Prepare and manage large-scale cooking for corporate and wedding catering events</li>
<li>&nbsp;Ensure uniformity in flavor, serving sizes, and presentation for all meals</li>
<li>&nbsp;Oversee and mentor kitchen staff to ensure a seamless workflow</li>
<li>&nbsp;Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and halal compliance standards at all times</li>
