Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, and General Ledger
- Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and analysis
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
- Ensure timely submission of statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, SST, etc.)
- Handle bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
- Oversee invoicing, collections, and payment processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian financial regulations
- Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
- Assist management in financial decision-making and cost control
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant working experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g. AutoCount, SQL, etc.)
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
