Job Description
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and XHS.
- Create engaging content including captions, visuals, short videos, and social media posts.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/DMs, and improve community engagement.
- Conduct market research on trends, competitors, hashtags, and new content angles.
- Help manage the company’s website, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
- Assist in running paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google) - setup, monitoring & basic reporting.
- Track and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Support in creating marketing materials (presentations, EDMs, posters, etc.).
- Brainstorm ideas to improve brand presence and lead generation.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, Business, Multimedia, or related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Basic understanding of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, or XHS.
- Creative mind with good writing skills for captions and content.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Photoshop is a bonus but not mandatory).
- Willingness to learn, adaptable, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 3–6 months.
