As an Accounts Assistant you'll be the backbone of our day-to-day finance, keeping invoices, payments and reconciliations running smoothly so the business can operate without interruptions.

• Build practical accounting skills by handling real invoices, reconciliations and bookkeeping in a live trading business.
• Gain exposure to end-to-end finance operations, from supplier payments to month-end summaries.

Daily Finance Operations

• Process supplier invoices, verify details and prepare payment runs for approval.
• Manage petty cash, issue receipts and track day-to-day payments.

Recordkeeping & Reconciliations

• Maintain ledgers and enter transactions into the accounting system accurately.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and help prepare basic month-end summaries.

Collaboration & Support

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice queries and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Organise and file financial documents to keep records audit-ready.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic bookkeeping and familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and basic data handling.
• Experience with accounting software such as MYOB or QuickBooks is a plus.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• High attention to detail and commitment to accurate recordkeeping.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay to liaise with suppliers and colleagues.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently and ask for guidance when needed.
