Job Description

Graphic Designer for RH Hypermarket based in Seremban 2 responsible for conceptualizing visuals, developing brand assets, managing revisions, coordinating with copywriters, marketing managers, and creative directors, and preparing files for print and digital production.

• Conceptualize visuals: Study design briefs to determine core requirements and draft rough layouts for typography, size, and style.
• Develop brand assets: Create logos, illustrations, web graphics, brochures, and social media content that align with company guidelines.
• Manage revisions: Present concepts to stakeholders, incorporate constructive feedback, and amend designs as needed.
• Coordinate with teams: Work alongside copywriters, marketing managers, and creative directors from the brainstorming phase to final production.
• Prepare files for production: Format and finalize designs to exact specifications for print or digital deployment.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing Design, Retail Design, or Creative Design are preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate ideas into effective visual designs.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Open to feedback and able to work effectively with different departments.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant graphic design and creative work is required.
