The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, particularly in PHP and the Laravel framework, along with front-end expertise. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications while ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust and innovative web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel framework.</li>
<li>Build and optimize front-end interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with any front-end frameworks (optional).</li>
<li>Work with source control tools such as GIT to manage and track code versions effectively.</li>
<li>Ensure the performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs efficiently.</li>
<li>Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement project requirements.</li>
<li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.</li>
<li>Communicate directly with clients to understand project needs, propose solutions, and provide ongoing support.</li>
<li>Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.</li>
