Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, particularly in PHP and the Laravel framework, along with front-end expertise. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications while ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust and innovative web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel framework.
• Build and optimize front-end interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with any front-end frameworks (optional).
• Work with source control tools such as GIT to manage and track code versions effectively.
• Ensure the performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs efficiently.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand project needs, propose solutions, and provide ongoing support.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in web development.
• Proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework is required.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js (optional but preferred).
• Experience with GIT and version control workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Cloudflare is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Understanding of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
