Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Company's health and wellness supplement products to new and existing customers.
• Understand customers' health, wellness, and lifestyle goals and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
• Develop new customer accounts through walk-ins, online enquiries, social media, referrals, networking, and other business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
• Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits, usage, and key ingredients clearly and professionally.
• Handle customer enquiries, provide appropriate product information, and follow up with potential customers to convert enquiries into sales.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
• Provide professional after-sales service and follow up with customers to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
• Monitor customer preferences, market trends, competitor activities, and developments within the health and wellness industry.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Company's products, health supplement trends, and relevant wellness topics.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential customer segments, and partnership opportunities to expand the Company's market reach.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the Company's CRM or reporting system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, customer feedback reports, and market intelligence reports for management review.
• Participate in wellness events, exhibitions, roadshows, promotional activities, and other marketing or customer engagement initiatives when required.
• Perform other sales and business development duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Nutrition, Food Science, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in health supplements, wellness, healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or related industries.
• Strong interest and passion for health, wellness, nutrition, and healthy living.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Strong sales, business development, and customer relationship management skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through face-to-face, phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other online channels.
• Good command of English and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to participate in events, roadshows, networking activities, and other business development activities when required.
