Job Summary We are looking to add new INFOR LN/Baan consultants to our team ERP Consulting Team. This client-facing role will work directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate these requirements into end products. Responsibilities &amp; Duties: <ul> <li>Collaborate with decision-makers and end users, gather requirements and recommend optimal business processes relative to ERP functionality</li> <li>Analyze manufacturing business processes and devising methods to implement them with the ERP application</li> <li>Configure and test ERP to perform specific functionality to satisfy business requirements</li> <li>Support full site implementations and upgrades, which include pilot testing, data validation, development of data transformation rules and governance procedures, and post implementation support.</li> <li>Maintain comprehensive documentation relative to ERP implementation and upgrades.</li> <li>Provide training, problem solving and facilitate the automation of business processes in collaboration with business users.</li> <li>Liaising between client and developers to help define custom programming needs.</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, System Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related.</li> <li>At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Infor LN ERP in a manufacturing, distribution, or planning environment, including full-cycle implementation and multisite deployment experience, strongly preferred</li> <li>Strong functional knowledge in your area of expertise.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with the creation of Functional Specifications, creation &amp; execution of test cases</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences</li> <li>Able to travel (domestic and international) to customer sites.
