Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Perform monthly closing activities and prepare timely financial reports.
• Manage and process payroll accurately and confidentially.
• Implement and handle the company's e-invoicing system in compliance with LHDN requirements.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries as needed.
• Ensure all financial transactions and records comply with company policies and Malaysian accounting standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Able to handle a full set of accounts independently.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken) for effective communication with local and international stakeholders.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is a strong advantage.
• Experience in or willingness to learn e-invoicing and digital accounting practices.
• Basic understanding of payroll processing.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work effectively in a team.
