Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Define and prioritize customer segments to target, ensuring alignment with company sales goals.
• Customer Engagement: Identify and engage potential customers with support from the marketing team.
• Solution Presentation: Provide tailored solutions, deliver presentations, and follow up effectively.
• Trial Management: Collaborate with the technical team to organize and execute trial runs as needed.
• Relationship Building: Maintain and strengthen partnerships with glue suppliers to secure high-quality leads.
• Territory Management: Oversee sales activities in Penang, KL, Johor, and Singapore.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial or B2B solutions.
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Diploma in Business or Engineering (or equivalent).
• Multilingual abilities (English, Malay, and other languages are an advantage).
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
