Job Description

In-House Marketing & Sales Support:

1. Branding: Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team to ensure alignment with global marketing strategies. Localize content and marketing activities to resonate with the local market.
2. Sales Leads Generation: Utilize Salesforce CRM software to update and manage the CRM database, track activities, and monitor projects.
3. Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute marketing campaigns using various platforms, including social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) to increase product and service awareness.
4. Media Database Management: Maintain application videos and other media assets, perform simple editing as needed, and ensure easy access for the internal team to share with customers.

In-House Admin Operational Support:

1. Quotation Generation: Assist in the preparation of quotations for sales and marketing purposes.
2. General Admin Documentation: Support in maintaining and organizing sales and marketing-related documents.

Market Analysis:

1. Customer Visits: Collaborate with the sales team on joint visits to customers across various industries to understand their needs and identify industrial trends.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct market size and potential analysis to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.

Event Organization:

1. Event Coordination: Coordinate various events such as webinars, technology days, roadshows, and exhibitions to promote our products and services.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales support, and CRM management.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) for marketing campaigns.
• Video editing skills.
• Multilingual proficiency is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
