Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell machine solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and effective communication.
• Collaborate with glue suppliers and automation partners to provide integrated solutions for customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with technical and support teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Location: Based in Penang or Johor with regional travel as required.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages (Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English preferred).
• Qualifications: Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related fields (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; adept at relationship-building and customer needs assessment.
• Experience: Previous sales experience, particularly in technical or industrial sales, is an advantage.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work closely with external partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Self-Motivated: Able to work independently, with a proactive, results-driven approach.
