Job Description

  • Assist in handling and monitoring Company accounts, including AR, AP, GL & payment, bank reconciliations, month-end closing & statutory reporting.
  • Assist with year-end audit working paper preparation and auditor inquiries; complies with and prepares calculations, documents, reports, and schedules for the annual external audit.
  • Cash Flow Management : Manage cash flow effectively, ensuring adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations and working capital requirements. Prepare cash flow forecasts and implement strategies to optimize cash flow management.
  • Financial Reporting : Prepare, analyse, and present financial statements, reports, and budgets to senior management.
  • Financial Analysis : Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial forecasting. Provide insights and recommendations to support business decision-making and identify areas for cost optimization.
  • Financial Systems and Processes : Continuously evaluate and improve financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. Streamline financial workflows and leverage technology to automate routine tasks.
  • Oversee the entire purchasing process from purchase orders to invoice processing and vendor payments.
  • Participate in special projects, and process improvement initiatives as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned to meet organizational requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or financial certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, trends, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
