Pictureworks is an imaging experience company specialising in photography, imaging technology and

guest experience solutions for world-class theme parks, attractions and entertainment destinations.

As Pictureworks continues to grow across Asia, we are looking for a creative, versatile and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer who can support both our corporate and marketing creative needs, as well as

specialised design work for our theme park and attraction partners.

This role offers the opportunity to work across brand, digital, marketing, photography products, guest experiences

and licensed Character/IP design — including creative work supporting some of the world's

leading theme park and entertainment brands.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise, develop and execute high-quality creative work across online and offline channels.
• Develop creative materials for corporate communications, marketing campaigns, presentations, digital advertising, websites, social media, sales and business development materials.
• Work closely with Marketing and business teams to conceptualise, visualise and deliver creative content that supports brand and business objectives.
• Maintain consistency and high creative standards across all brand communications.
• Develop and improve visual presentation of photography and imaging products for theme park and attraction operations (photo folders, photo jackets, digital photo borders/frames, printed templates, themed photography products, Character/IP-based products, seasonal/campaign designs, packaging and supporting materials).
• Ensure designs are practical for production, printing and daily attraction operations and consider commercial impact on guest appeal and sales conversion.
• Work with licensed entertainment IPs and interpret official IP Style Guides and Brand Guidelines; ensure compliance with character/artwork usage, logo requirements, legal lines, copyright, approved colours/compositions and asset usage restrictions.
• Collaborate with partners' Merchandise, Creative, Brand and other teams to understand briefs, brand expectations and timelines; manage multiple rounds of feedback and approvals.
• Prepare professional creative submission materials, maintain file/version control, and deliver print-ready and production-ready artwork.
• Develop and manage creative content across digital platforms including website, LinkedIn and social media; support digital campaigns and contribute to UI/UX and digital imaging experiences where relevant.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art & Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising, Media or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional design experience, preferably in creative agencies, entertainment, attractions, licensed merchandise, retail, digital businesses or related industries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of high-quality online and offline design work.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
• Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, UI/UX, 3D, animation, illustration or motion graphics is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition and visual storytelling.
• Good understanding of print production and preparation of production-ready artwork (image resolution, file formats, colour management, bleed and safe areas, dielines, artwork positioning, packaging and printed product production).
• Highly detail-oriented when working with brand assets, licensed IP, logos and legal requirements.
• Effective time-management skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to receive, interpret and implement creative feedback accurately and efficiently.
