Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive IT Project Coordinator who can bridge technical execution and client communication.You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and business teams to ensure projects move efficiently from requirements to delivery.This role suits someone who’s hands-on with tracking progress, unblocking teams, and ensuring stakeholders stay aligned. In short, someone who can make things happen.

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end project timelines, deliverables, and task assignments.
• Collaborate with technical teams (developers, QA, infra) to plan, track, and execute project milestones.
• Gather and document requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain project visibility through Jira, Notion, or other tracking tools.
• Prepare concise status reports, meeting summaries, and action trackers.
• Identify risks, blockers, and escalate where needed to ensure delivery stays on track.
• Support the team with process improvements and documentation standards.
• Communicate effectively between clients, management, and technical teams.

Job Requirements

Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital product environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile project workflows.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Able to create clear project documentation, timelines, and requirement briefs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple ongoing projects.
