Job Description

We're looking for an Executive, Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of the platform. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth platform performance, managing customer support matters, and coordinating with the technical team to resolve system issues.

The role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the "said" platform to ensure smooth user experience and system functionality.
• Handle customer service enquiries and support requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor the platform for bugs, errors, or system issues, and escalate them to the technical team.
• Coordinate closely with the technology team to follow up on bug fixes and system improvements.
• Track and document operational issues, customer feedback, and system performance.
• Support platform onboarding processes for users where applicable.
• Assist in implementing operational processes and SOPs to improve platform efficiency.
• Provide operational support during the platform lauch and post-launch phase.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, IT, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in platform operations, customer support, or digital product operations.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Good communication and customer handling abilities.
• Comfortable working with the technology teams and digital platforms.
• Organized and able to manage multiple operational tasks.

Preferred

• Experience working is startups, digital platforms, fintech, or marketplace environments.
