Wellthy is an AI-powered preventive health ecosystem — clinically-formulated functional foods plus AI coaching (WeCare) — on a mission to help people live healthier, more connected lives.

The Role

You will be the reliable technical hub of the company — keeping our systems running smoothly, coordinating our partner / external development team to deliver on time and to a high standard, translating business needs into clear technical requirements, and rigorously QA-ing what gets built. This is NOT a heads-down solo-developer role — heavy development is handled by our partner tech team. We need an organised, detail-obsessed coordinator and quality gatekeeper.

• ⁠ ⁠Own day-to-day operations and stability of our backend systems, tools and integrations (e-commerce, WeCare integration, campaign systems e.g. lucky-draw).
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate and manage our partner / external dev team and vendors — set timelines and acceptance criteria, track progress, and hold them accountable on quality.
• ⁠ ⁠Translate business requirements (marketing, e-commerce, campaigns) into clear technical specs; QA and sign off deliverables before they go live.
• ⁠ ⁠Build and maintain QA / testing processes that drive errors and bugs down.
• ⁠ ⁠Document systems, processes and access — ensure no single point of failure.
• ⁠ ⁠Provide internal IT support; safeguard data integrity and access / security control.

Job Requirements

• ⁠ ⁠Proven reliability and meticulous attention to detail — a track record of low-error, well-documented work.
• ⁠ ⁠Experience coordinating external dev teams / agencies / vendors (delivery & quality management).
• ⁠ ⁠Strong business-to-tech translation: turning business needs into specs and validating results.
• ⁠ ⁠Solid technical literacy plus a QA / testing mindset (enough to judge quality and test — you need NOT be a senior architect or full-stack developer).
• ⁠ ⁠Good documentation habits and a process-driven approach; a collaborative, ego-light team player.

Nice to have

E-commerce / D2C / TikTok-commerce backend; health or consumer-brand tech ops; project / delivery management experience; familiarity with our tool stack.
