Curious about robotics, coding, and hands-on teaching? Working with us at RoboThink means helping children aged 4 to 17 explore STEM through playful robotics and coding classes that build real skills and confidence.

As an Intern you'll help build and scale projects across marketing, operations, or business development, depending on your interest. We welcome school leavers and college students, and internships are ideally for at least 3 months to give you meaningful experience.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Classroom & Program Support

• Assist instructors during robotics and coding sessions for learners aged 4 to 17, supporting student engagement and hands-on activities.
• Prepare and maintain learning materials and kits so sessions run smoothly and safely.

Project Execution

• Own tasks on live marketing, operations, or business development projects based on your interest, delivering concrete outputs for your portfolio.
• Support simple scaling tasks by collecting feedback, tracking basic metrics, and suggesting practical improvements.

Learning & Stakeholder Connectivity

• Learn on the job through mentorship from our instructors at RoboThink and receive regular feedback to improve your skills.
• Help with outreach by connecting with local educators and community contacts to grow our STEM network.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• High-energy and a genuine passion for education, especially hands-on STEM learning.
• School leavers (waiting for the new intake) and current college or university students are encouraged to apply.
• Available for at least a 3-month internship to gain meaningful, practical experience.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic familiarity or interest in robotics, coding, or STEM concepts, and a willingness to learn on the job.
• Comfort using common digital tools such as Google Workspace and the ability to prepare simple materials or presentations.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Confident communicator who can engage children and collaborate with instructors and external partners.
• Organised, reliable, and open to feedback with a desire to build practical skills and a professional portfolio.
