As an Intern you will be part of our builder crew. You will help create and scale digital learning campaigns, craft social content that explains complex ideas simply, and support day-to-day marketing tasks that help more students discover our programmes.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Content & Social

• Create short-form social posts and simple lesson previews that explain robotics or coding in clear language.
• Edit and format images and basic video clips for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok using templates and guidance.
• Schedule and monitor organic posts and reply to basic audience comments under supervision.
• Assist with writing copy for landing pages, newsletters, and class descriptions.

Campaigns & Analytics

• Support paid campaign setup by preparing ad copy, audience notes, and creative assets for review.
• Track basic campaign metrics and prepare simple weekly reports that highlight what worked and what to tweak.
• Use Google Analytics and native social insights to pull performance numbers and visualise trends for the team.
• Help run A/B tests on headlines or images and record results for optimisation discussions.

Operations & Collaboration

• Coordinate with instructors and designers to gather content, images, and student stories for promotions.
• Keep asset libraries organised and update campaign trackers so the team can move faster.
• Handle routine admin tasks like scheduling meetings, logging campaign spend, and filing receipts.
• Participate in weekly check-ins and take ownership of small projects end to end with mentorship.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a diploma or degree programme, preferably in marketing, communications, education, or a related field.
• 0 years of professional experience required; this role is designed for learners and fresh starters.
• Basic familiarity with social platforms and a willingness to learn paid media and analytics tools.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Comfortable writing clear, short-form copy for social media and web.
• Basic experience or interest in content creation, including simple photo or video editing tools like Canva or CapCut.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Curious and coachable with a proactive attitude toward learning new tools and feedback.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with different team members respectfully.
• Organised, punctual, and able to manage several small tasks while keeping quality consistent.
• Passion for education or tech, and an interest in helping children learn through hands-on activities.
