Perform and ensure high-quality data maintenance within the system and support for various HR processes as needed.
Deliver customer service by addressing HR inquiries, managing requests, resolving issues, and providing guidance on HR-related activities.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, improve operational efficiency, and drive strategic initiatives that support organizational goals.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, training, and knowledge sharing.
Manage service quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coach and guide new team members, supporting quality control and improvement efforts.
An individual with a degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in an HR area and/or working experience in a team and service delivery or customer care environment.
Strong HR generalist skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, customer focus, and a growth mindset. Customer-centric with cultural awareness.
Proven experience managing multiple priorities and navigating complex data structures. End-to-end accountability and commitment to quality outcomes.
Requires proficiency in standard IT applications, particularly Google Suite and Excel, and a solid understanding of Workday HR processes.
Strong communication skills in Chinese and English (written and spoken) are essential as the role will need to support Mandarin-speaking countries. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
