The Position

The Opportunity

• Perform and ensure high-quality data maintenance within the system and support for various HR processes as needed.

• Deliver customer service by addressing HR inquiries, managing requests, resolving issues, and providing guidance on HR-related activities.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, improve operational efficiency, and drive strategic initiatives that support organizational goals.

• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, training, and knowledge sharing.

• Manage service quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coach and guide new team members, supporting quality control and improvement efforts.

Who You Are

• An individual with a degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in an HR area and/or working experience in a team and service delivery or customer care environment.

• Strong HR generalist skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, customer focus, and a growth mindset. Customer-centric with cultural awareness.

• Proven experience managing multiple priorities and navigating complex data structures. End-to-end accountability and commitment to quality outcomes.

• Requires proficiency in standard IT applications, particularly Google Suite and Excel, and a solid understanding of Workday HR processes.

• Strong communication skills in Chinese and English (written and spoken) are essential as the role will need to support Mandarin-speaking countries. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
