As part of your project assignment, you will join the ASPIRE program. ASPIRE is one of the largest Roche business transformation programs. Its goal is to simplify and harmonize business processes across divisions and geographies, establish end-to-end processes across functions, and create a global template with an underlying system landscape that reduces operating costs. This program encompasses deployments across approximately 200 legal entities globally, impacting over 100,000 end-users.

The Opportunity

As ASPIRE OCM Change Capability Lead, you will evolve the OCM Shared Service strategy, concepts, and community engagement activities incl. maturing the guidance, cluster OCM toolboxes, templates, and best practices across all ASPIRE Product Areas (OCM for Agile Release Trains/ARTs, OCM for Deployments, and OCM for End-to-End Support Framework/E2E SF, and OCM for Sustainment).

Please note that this is a 2 years fixed term position.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Drive ASPIRE OCM Strategy release updates to address business needs and provide strategic guidance for cluster toolkit refreshes

  • Set Change Capability targets and strategic roadmaps in line with Product Increment (PI) planning cycles

  • Lead global OCM Shared Service onboarding and reboot OCM community and drive engagement activities to foster alignment and knowledge sharing across OCM practitioners

  • Identify opportunities and synergies in collaboration with Communication and Training Enablement Capability Owners and Cluster deployment functions

  • Streamline end-to-end OCM integration by incorporating ARTs/E2E value streams, Customer Success Management/Key Account Management model for Live Sites, and E2F SF/Support Organization Enablement specifics into the OCM Deployment Framework and toolbox

  • Contribute to the setup and adoption of the sustainment organization

  • Monitor and evaluate change effectiveness and implement continuous improvements for Live Sites

  • Enhance OCM reporting and dashboards

  • Mature the global engagement journey and toolkit

  • Establish, monitor, and report KPIs as part of the ASPIRE OCM KPI Framework, focusing on deployment and sustainment

  • Identify opportunities to combine efforts of the OCM team and functional ASPIRE teams more effectively as well as the contributing to internal forums and governance bodies

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience related to Organizational Change Management in business and IT transformation programs (preferably SAP S/HANA deployments)

  • Strategic and hands-on experience in implementing OCM frameworks, tools, and approaches

  • Stakeholder management experience in a large corporate environment, with change campaigns/interventions that drive value delivery

  • A strategic thinker with a keen sense of organizational dynamics and shifts in the stakeholder environment

  • Familiarity with agile ways of working, ideally the scaled agile framework

  • Collaborative and team-oriented with a focus on client service, able to work successfully in ambiguous situations and navigate uncertainty

  • Bringing a can-do attitude, working hands-on, and committed to upholding diversity, equity, and inclusion

  • Offering well-researched, data-driven, and evidence-based ideas and opinions to accelerate the project's ambitions

  • Willing to travel internationally as needed
