Job Description

ROCKWOOL Asia's Regional Talent Acquisition team offers a structured MySIP internship (12–24 weeks) in Subang Jaya, Selangor, providing end-to-end exposure to full-cycle talent acquisition and core HR operations within a multinational manufacturing environment. The programme includes hands-on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, HRIS (Workday) operation, recruitment reporting and an individual project, with direct mentorship from the Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities / Learning outcomes:

• Explain the full recruitment lifecycle — from role intake and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding handover.
• Source and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques, and assess resumes against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Operate a Human Resources Information System (Workday) for candidate and requisition data entry, maintenance, and reporting.
• Produce basic recruitment analytics (e.g. pipeline and time-to-fill reporting) and interpret what the numbers indicate.
• Apply professional communication, data confidentiality, and stakeholder-management standards expected in a corporate HR function.
• Complete a defined individual project (employer-branding content, sourcing pipeline, or recruitment dashboard) and present final learnings.

Programme details / Qualifications:

• Duration: 12–24 weeks (minimum 10 weeks per MySIP; 16–24 recommended).
• Monthly allowance: RM1,000 per month.
• Direct mentorship by the Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist and assessment through supervisor check-ins, project delivery and MySIP evaluation forms.
