 Job Descriptions:

• Supervise daily retail operations across assigned outlets
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and support
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
• Assist outlets in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
• Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure compliance with company SOPs and visual merchandising standards
• Coordinate stock replenishment, stock checks, and inventory control
• Prepare outlet reports and provide updates to management
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of retail staff
• Ensure outlets maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in retail operations or supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple outlets
• Willing to travel between outlets as required
