We are looking for a dedicated Construction Project Supervisor to oversee site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

 Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site activities and ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure all site works comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve construction issues promptly.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project timelines and report project progress to the Project Manager.
• Attend site meetings and prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices are maintained at the construction site.
• Verify completed work before project handover.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site supervision, roofing, renovation, or building projects.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or site experience are encouraged to apply.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, site safety requirements, and quality control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Willing to travel to project sites and work overtime when required.
