Overall Expectation of the Job
- Being part of a vibrant team that works on innovative and exciting projects
Duties & Responsibilities
- Including but not limited to proposal development, project budgeting, vendor management & on-site execution
- Maintain & develop good rapport with both internal & external stakeholders ensuring smooth delivery for all projects
- Undertake other duties as & when assigned; including but not limited to RSVP Management, Warehouse Operation & etc.
Expected Competencies
- Independent yet a team player
- Enjoying challenge in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail & good in time management
- Self-motivated with positive attitude, able to handle rejection & criticism
- Confident in dealing with all levels of personnel(s); Eg: general worker / officer / etc.
Job Requirements
Requirement
- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
- Posses own transport & willing to travel in short notice
- Excellent in English (verbal & written); bilingual or multilingual (Malay & Mandarin) will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint & Word)
- Able to perform work under pressure with minimal guidance
