As a Finance Intern, you will assist in various financial and administrative tasks, helping to support our finance department and enhance your understanding of financial processes in a professional environment.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Previous internship experience or coursework in finance or related fields is an advantage but not required

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and send invoices to customers
• Generate and distribute monthly customer statements
• Send payment reminders using accounting software
• Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline financial processes
• Assist in organizing and maintaining financial records
• Support the processing of invoices and purchase requests (PR)
• Maintain credit card files and related documentation
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and other duties as needed
