We are looking for motivated and results-driven SME Telesales Executives to promote banking and

financial products to small and medium enterprise (SME) clients. If you enjoy engaging with business

owners and achieving sales targets, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • ⁠ ⁠Make outbound calls to introduce SME banking/financial products
  • ⁠ ⁠Understand business needs and recommend suitable financing solutions
  • ⁠ ⁠Build strong relationships with clients to drive sales conversion
  • ⁠ ⁠Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • ⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate customer records in the system

Requirements

  • ⁠ ⁠Minimum SPM with at least 1-2 years of telesales experience (experience in banking/SME

products is an added advantage)

  • ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, ability to communicate in Mandarin

is an added advantage to support Mandarin-speaking clients

  • ⁠ ⁠Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • ⁠ ⁠Target-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
