Your role is to build smooth front-of-house operations by greeting guests, taking and preparing orders to recipe and portion standards, issuing accurate bills, maintaining hygiene across the shift, and following opening and closing SOPs to keep service consistent.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Guest service & order handling

• You welcome customers with a friendly attitude and confirm orders clearly at the counter or via POS.
• You prepare and serve items according to the order and handle basic customer queries or minor issues on the spot.

Food preparation & hygiene

• You follow portion guides and recipe steps to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
• You maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas and equipment throughout your shift and during closing.

Operations & records

• You issue accurate bills, process payments and keep simple sales and shift records up to date.
• You follow opening and closing SOPs, assist with stock checks and complete handover notes as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• You are 18 years old or above.
• F&B experience is preferred but not mandatory; training is provided.
• You can work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Preferred: Local Malaysian; foreigners must have a valid working permit.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• You have basic cash handling skills and can issue bills accurately.
• You understand or are willing to learn food safety practices and to follow SOPs consistently.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• You show a strong work ethic, punctuality and a service-minded attitude.
• You communicate clearly, provide friendly customer service and solve common customer issues calmly.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fulltime: From 2000 (depend on experience).
• Part time: From 8 / hr.
