Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly, customer-centric Sales Consultant to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You will provide tailored product suggestions, treatment information, and individualized skin consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide expert skincare and treatment advice
• Inform customers about product features, ingredients, and how to use them
• Conduct basic skin assessments and suggest appropriate treatment packages
• Boost retail sales and meet monthly sales goals
• Ensure the store is tidy, visually appealing, and products are well-displayed
• Address customer inquiries, manage bookings, and provide post-sale support
• Assist with store events and promotional initiatives

• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong customer service focus
• Genuine interest in skincare, beauty, or wellness
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Sales background is a plus
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays (off days will be provided accordingly)
