Job Description

 Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic B2B Sales Executive to enhance our distribution network, foster business collaborations, and advocate for our professional treatment and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Seek out and establish new B2B partnerships (clinics, beauty salons, wellness centers, distributors)
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with current accounts to promote retention and growth
  • Deliver information on products, treatment advantages, and business proposals to clients
  • Create quotes, proposals, and partnership packages
  • Meet monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Offer post-sales assistance, training, and product updates to partners
  • Track market trends and competitor activities

Job Requirements

  • 1–5 years B2B sales experience (beauty/medical aesthetics/skincare preferred)
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Able to build long-term professional relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Willing to travel when required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
