About the job
Our Art Director must be a forward-thinking creative with a passion for new ideas and real results. You will be driven by the desire to see big ideas become big realities. A hands-on team player that can dive in to new challenges. You have an eye for aesthetics and clean, fresh design. You have strong ideas about a modern and beauty aesthetic and the passion to see it come to life across multiple channels. You must also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in both collaborative and autonomous settings.
- Mentoring them from design solutions to communication skill, grow potential designers to move up in rank
- Lead the creative direction of your brand and police all the creative works under your care
- Delegation and balance workload within your team and work with the brand team to manage timeline
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure campaign success between yours and the brand team.
- Understand the business objective of the brand and contribute to the brand growth
Job Requirements
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in creative designing.
- At least 3 - 5 years experience delivering real branding projects and brand collateral.
- Passionate about fashion innovation and design.
- Extensive experience in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and directly with different teams to create solutions that meet many different goals.
- Strong hands-on experience across Photoshop, Illustrator and other Creative Suite programs.
- Ability to visualise and present concepts and designs for review and approval by the team.
- Ability to deliver high-quality artwork for final production.
- Preferable experience working client-side and in the beauty, fashion or wellness industries.
- Experience working in eCommerce industry is a plus.
