About the Role
This internship offers hands-on experience in eCommerce marketplace management, where you will support the day-to-day operations of our TikTok and Shopee stores, including product listings, order management, campaign coordination, and performance tracking to drive sales and engagement.
Job Requirements
- Open to final-year students or fresh graduates pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Management, E-commerce, or any related field
- Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online marketplace operations (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., seller centers, campaign dashboards, product listings, and promotions)
- Comfortable with numbers and performance metrics; data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret sales reports and campaign results
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, and timelines simultaneously
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
