RPG is looking for go-getter minded individuals to fill the role of Senior Digital Marketer managing part of our eCommerce brands. You will be working with other media buyers and managing your own high-budget paid campaigns + strategies for our portfolio brands. If you have ever actively managed paid ad campaigns in through Facebook or other paid channels, we’d like to talk to you.
You must have a passion for digital marketing and driving traffic online, and it must be clearly demonstrated through something you’ve done previously in your career.
This is not a 9-to-5 job, and it’s a demanding role for only the most analytical, entrepreneurial and driven individuals.
As Senior Digital Marketer, you will be supporting our digital marketing team and responsible for the following:
- Develop and execute strong and innovative digital marketing strategies including content, social, email, online advertising, SEO/SEM, PPC, link building, and other techniques to drive traffic to our eCommerce websites
- Experience driving traffic through Facebook Advertising. Has a comprehensive understanding of targeting and campaign structure best practices particularly regarding Facebook
- Advanced knowledge of Paid Ad Platforms
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing KPIs
- Be excited to grow and learn valuable skills with a fast-paced start-up
- Research, identify and evaluate trends and insights for growth opportunities, and test new marketing channels and tools
- Be a creative thinker with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook advertising, Mailchimp/Klaviyo , Shopify and Excel
- Ability to make strategic decisions, manage marketing budgets, develop web initiatives and execute projects on-time.
- Oversees campaign creatives and guides digital media planning and execution.
- Conceptualises new and innovative ads and partners with the creative team for development.
- Tracks media budgets and expenses by channel.
- Determines which paid channels yield the best returns and allocates advertising budget accordingly. Monitors/adjusts campaign controls to achieve optimal results.
- Analyse advertising data to identify outliers in performance, delivery, tracking, and pacing.
