Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries throughout all Shopee live chat and email using both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Responsible for daily e-commerce order processing and fulfilment.
- Focused on customer satisfaction, service and happiness. Process returns / exchange.
- Provide administrative support, as and when required.
Hours:
- Shift 1: 10am - 2pm, Monday to Sunday
- Shift 2: 8pm - 12am, Monday to Sunday
- 7 days a week
Fee:
- RM8/hour service fee
Job Requirements
- Must possess own computer/laptop for work.
- Ability to respond to emails and live chat enquiries in a timely manner.
- Accountable, driven, and happy to attend to customers of all walks of life.
