Join Our Team at The Kemah – Glamping Resort!
We are hiring for multiple positions to create an exceptional guest experience at our scenic glamping resort. If you are passionate about hospitality, hands-on work, and working in a fun outdoor environment, we want you on our team!

1. Front Desk / Reception

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check-in guests with a professional, friendly attitude. 
  • Manage reservations, phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries. 
  • Provide information about resort facilities, activities, and local attractions. 
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support the resort team. 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Professional, approachable, and guest-focused attitude. 
  • Comfortable using office software, booking systems, and POS tools.

2. Maintenance Crew

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of resort facilities (cabins, tents, utilities, and common areas). 
  • Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical tasks. 
  • Assist with setup/breakdown of resort activities or events. 
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/trade certifications are a plus. 
  • Practical experience in maintenance, repairs, or handyman work. 
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labor. 
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
