ROBO CNC Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Junior AI Software Developer to join its AI Development Team to build AI-powered applications for the manufacturing and CNC machinery industry, collaborating with project leads, sales, and engineers.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications.
• Build and integrate AI features using LLM APIs.
• Develop backend APIs and database functionality.
• Support web application development.
• Integrate business systems and automation workflows.
• Troubleshoot, test, document, and improve software.
• Translate business requirements into working features.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Good understanding of Python programming.
• Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and Git.
• Basic frontend or full-stack development experience.
• Familiarity with AI APIs or automation tools.
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Able to work independently on assigned tasks and communicate technical issues clearly.

Advantages:

• Experience with AI agents, RAG, n8n, CRM integration, manufacturing software, or CNC-related applications.
• Practical development skills, initiative, and willingness to learn.
