Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. This role involves assembling sample furniture, conducting quality tests, and ensuring all product specifications are accurately documented. If you have hands-on experience in woodworking, furniture installation, or quality control, we’d love to hear from you!

• Prepare and assemble sample furniture efficiently.
• Perform tests and quality checks as per supervisor instructions and checklist.
• Record product specifications and maintain accurate documentation.
• Compile and write Quality Reports for suppliers.
• Assist in investigating product issues and updating relevant reports (Google Sheets).
• Support quality assurance by responding to inquiries, checking stock items, and confirming product details.

Job Requirements

Must-Have Requirements:

* Prior experience in a similar role or industry (Furniture company or QC/QA Department).
* Hands-on skills in woodworking or furniture installation.
* Ability to read and follow assembly instructions.
* Familiarity with Google Sheets for documentation.
* Background in Industrial Design (Prototyping/Woodworking)
* Physically fit (able to handle heavy items).
* Attention to detail and strong technical knowledge.
 

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

* Experience reading technical drawings.
* Certifications in woodworking or metal skills.
* Background in Industrial Design (Prototyping/Woodworking) or Engineering.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
