Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and provide product recommendations to customers
• Support sales achievement and contribute to store sales growth
• Maintain product displays, merchandising, and overall store cleanliness
• Build strong rapport and positive relationships with customers
• Handle cashiering duties and cash transactions accurately
• Assist with daily store opening and closing procedures
• Replenish and organize stock on shelves and in storage areas
• Complete and maintain necessary paperwork and store records
• Monitor store activities, track sales performance, and support daily operations
• Attend to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Able to communicate in Malay and English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Friendly, pleasant personality with a positive attitude
• Independent, responsible, and self-motivated
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• No experience required – training will be provided
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
