Job Description

Job Description / Responsibilities

Cafe Operations

  • Support daily café operations to ensure smooth service and a positive customer experience.
  • Assist in supervising service staff, kitchen crew, and baristas during shifts.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and SOP standards are followed at all times.

Team Supervision & Training

  • Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and shift coordination.
  • Support training of service and kitchen staff to meet service and quality standards.
  • Guide junior team members and promote teamwork and positive working culture. 

Operations & Administration

  • Assist in daily sales reporting, stock monitoring, and basic cost control.
  • Support inventory checks, ordering, and coordination with suppliers when needed.
  • Handle simple documentation and operational records as assigned. 

Customer Experience & Kids Café Support

  • Ensure a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for children and families.
  • Support birthday parties, events, and celebrations held at the café.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and assist in resolving service issues.

Management Trainee Development

  • Learn café management, people management, and operational decision-making.
  • Work closely with Café Manager and management team to gain leadership exposure.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives to enhance café operations and service quality. 

Ad-hoc Duties

  • Perform other duties assigned by management to support café operations.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Prior experience in café, restaurant, or service industry is an advantage.
  • Passion for F&B, customer service, and working in a family-friendly / kids café environment.
  • Good leadership potential, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Able to communicate in English; Mandarin are an advantage.
  • Comfortable working on weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
  • Structured training will be provided.
