Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.
   
• Support the event coordination team with logistics, scheduling, and vendor management.
   
• Help with on-site event setup and teardown, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
   
• Create and maintain event documentation, including timelines, checklists, and contact lists.
   
• Assist in communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
   
• Conduct research on potential venues, suppliers, and event trends.
   
• Aid in the development of event marketing materials and social media content.
   
• Provide general administrative support to the event planning team.
   

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relation or any related field.
  
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
   
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   
• Own transport required for event site travel.
   
• Creative mindset with a passion for planning and executing events.
    
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
   
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
