Job Description

• Enter financial transactions into the accounting system and check entries against invoices, receipts, and other supporting documents.
• Assist with organizing payment, expense, and accounting records.
• Support basic accounts payable and receivable administration.
• Assist with maintaining employee files and HR records.
• Help track attendance and leave, and prepare HR documents as needed.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and other routine HR tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and keep employee and financial information confidential.
• Flag missing or inconsistent information for review.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting and willingness to learn double-entry bookkeeping.
• Basic computer and spreadsheet skills, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Careful, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Responsible when handling confidential information.
• No prior work experience required; training will be provided.
