Job Responsibilities

• Assist in handling incoming inquiries from customers via WhatsApp, calls, or other channels. 
• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and basic sales documents. 
• Follow up with leads and assist in coordinating with potential clients. 
• Understand customer requirements and assist in proposing suitable catering/event solutions. 
• Update and maintain client information and sales records in the system. 
• Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and event teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed orders. 
• Assist in simple customer service tasks and ensure a positive client experience. 
• Support in sales campaigns, promotions, or marketing initiatives when required. 
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the sales team or management.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields. 
• Strong interest in sales, events, or customer service and making more income.
• Good communication skills in English (Mandarin and/or Malay is an advantage). 
• Comfortable interacting with clients and handling inquiries. 
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, etc.). 
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment. 
• Positive attitude and able to work in a team.
